Company Insights Adnoc Gas AEE01195A234 Oil & Gas Adnoc Gas Overview Adnoc Gas is a state-backed gas processing company based in Abu Dhabi. It is a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc). One of the largest integrated gas companies in the world, Adnoc Gas supplies around 60 percent of the UAE’s natural gas requirements and exports natural gas and related products to customers in over 20 countries. It has access to a capacity of around 10 billion standard cubic feet of gas per day. Adnoc Gas was formed in January 2023 as part of the consolidation of the operations of Adnoc Gas Processing, Adnoc LNG and Adnoc Industrial Gas. It was listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in March 2023 for one of the largest share sales in recent years. The company operates across the entire gas value chain, from receiving raw gas feedstock from Adnoc to processing and liquifying the gas, and marketing the products to domestic and international customers. These products include natural gas, liquified petroleum gas, ethane, naphtha feedstock, industrial gases and industrial chemicals. They are brought to market through a network of pipelines and export facilities at Das Island and the Al Ruwais Industrial Complex.
